Leaking RC Pipe Joint Repair

The Problem

Ram-neck water stop failure at bell and spigot joint in RC pipe created infiltration and exfiltration.

The Solution

Working inside the pipe, Restruction Corporation installed a urethane multi-grout saturated jute and injected hydrophilic urethane grout into the joint. The system is called the “Expanded Gasket Technique” by the Bureau of Reclaimation.
