Engineering management personnel have a combined 50-plus years
of managing structural repair and strengthening projects. Our engineering management
team have experience in repair and strengthening concrete dam structures,
important bridges, airport pavements, stabilizing foundations, power plant
and other civil engineering structures, parking garages, and historical buildings.
Additionally, we have experience rehabilitating and waterproofing
commercial building plazas , and high-rise façade.
Operations and project superintendents , have been with
the company for over 65 years and have been responsible for constructing thousands
of structural repair and strengthening projects. Our operations management have
experience in constructing external post tensioning and post tensioning repair,
carbon fiber and glass fiber composite strengthening, using hydro-demolition
techniques , partial depth structural concrete repair due to
corrosion of reinforcing steel, high load shoring and structure jacking, installing
coatings to mitigate corrosion and protect structural concrete, and seismic strengthening
methods.
Our labor force experiences very low turnover, complete roughly 90% of the work
we contract and are an asset for any project that we may build.
